The Browser Not Supported page is a page displayed to old browsers that don’t pass the necessary tests in order to display the PagePrecision content. These are usually browsers older than Internet Explorer 9, released in 2011.

All browsers are checked for their capabilities rather than matched against a signature. The main capability required is CSS flex.
